find it usefull for my file server so i save around 6/7 hours of power consumption a day (every little helps).

Sleep after should be set to never if waking and sleeping via a schedule.
Allow hybrid sleep needs to be set to off if your waking the computer via a schedule otherwise it will fail to wake the pc.
Hibernate after needs to be never also as this will not work either.
Allow wake timers needs to be enabled for obvious reasons.
After some further testing I have found out that more often than not the computer would go into hibernate even though the above was set and so the way around this is to create a .reg file and run this to disable hibernate altogether which in windows 8 I`m led to believe also disables fast start up, but what real world effect this will have I have not tested.
Copy the following into a text document and save as `disable hibernate.reg` and once done double click the reg file to run it and import the settings into the registry. Click ok on any messages that appear.
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power]
"HibernateEnabled"=dword:00000000

click on ok to close the window and now move to Conditions.
Step 6. Conditions tick `wake the computer to run this task`
